Disco Alfresco is a movement to take nightlife into nature. Created by two parents that were tired of the depleting atmosphere of the nightclub world in NYC, Disco Alfresco wants to change how people go out.
Since 2017, they have been pioneers in fostering inclusivity on the dance floor by merging club culture with public green spaces in Texas and beyond. Their pop-up dance parties have turned parks, plazas, and city streets into discos for everyone.
THURSDAYS 7PM-10PM
Disco AlFresco—formerly known as SoundCream Sunset Sessions— kicks off its 2025 season on Thursday, June 5 at Civic Park. Every Thursday evening through July 31, Disco Alfresco will transform Civic Park into an open-air dance floor with world class DJs, family friendly vibes, and sunsets that melt into disco lights. Powered by SoundCream Airstream and energized by dance music DJS from across Texas, Los Angeles, and New York, this event will turn Thursday evenings at Hemisfair into a summer dance destination for everyone. No shoes required.
